I mixed up a night cap the first night with my Phix Sleep, and holy crap.. it helped me sleep!! I have issues sleeping as my brain just doesn’t shut down….ever! But, I nodded off to dreamland fast after my Phix.
The next day I mixed up my Energy Phix and headed out the door to town. I sipped on it all the way to town. Indeed I had more energy. And, aside from the energy I felt like I had a better day all around. Was it the Phix… let’s just say it was
