DealDash is similar to a penny auction site in that you only bid a penny at a time. First you sign up to DealDash.com and choose a bid package. Your amount of bids will be displayed in your top right hand corner.
Then choose which deal you’d like to bid on. You need to bid before the price reaches $5.00. At that time that bidders will be locked in and no new bidders can join.

Then bid in penny increments. The timer will go down from 20 seconds to 0. Be sure to get your bid in before the time goes out.

My tips for you are choose one auction to watch. Switching back and forth between a few is way to distracting. Also, keep watching your auction. You never know when the time is about to go out. I’ve lost a few auctions that way. I was watching another and went back to put in a bid and the auction had already ended.

Watch out – this site is really addicting. You will have quite a bit of fun getting those deals!

If you are tired of paying expensive electric bills because you are constantly charging your phone, then a solar mobile phone charger may be for you. On www.amazon.com a Premium Solar Charger costs $28.00. The charger comes with a standard mini USB cable and suction cups so it can be mounted on a window. It doesn’t come with an iPhone adapter but it fits into the USB_OUT port with no problems. Also it comes with a plug that you can hook into the computer if there is no sun outside. This solar phone charger comes with a small screen that will give you an estimated time of how long it will take to charge. Also you can use the phone while it is charging. The charger itself is not large at all.

One customer who rated it 5 stars on Amazon said that it charged quickly on the computer and just as fast as when in the sun. Another customer said that the solar charger is a great buy. They haven’t tried charging the unit to the computer, but it does a good job of charging in the sun. They have used it to charge their phone, iPod, and Bluetooth headset. They thought it was well constructed. Their only complaint was that it didn’t have anything to hook onto a backpack. They rated it with 5 stars. Some who rated this product with 4 stars said that the product was pleasing. He says it is good value for the cost of the product. He wonders why the LED light is on a long metal “goose-neck.” He also likes the fact that it comes half charged. He does not like the fact that it isn’t very durable for something like camping. Another customer who rated it 3 stars said that she bought it because Hurricane Irene was moving in. After she lost power and by placing it in the sun she could only could get it to charge to 50%. But that was enough to charge her iPhone and make an emergency call. It barely lasted her the 5 days she had no electricity she said. Someone had rated it 2 stars and said that it didn’t charge at all in the sun, but did when hooked up to their PC. Finally someone who rated it 1 star said that you should never used as a primary solar charger and the power input may break leaving you only the power to use it as a solar power charger only, and that it actually never charged his phone.

102 people rated it 4 stars and above. Only 91 people rated it 3 stars and below. As you can see this is a pretty good product and it is definitely worth a try! Some people who have had to return it have gotten a full refund. Just because there are a few bad reviews doesn’t mean it is a bad product, sometimes you expect something else in a product. This solar phone charger is really worth a try.
